To claim your 15% Client Perk discount, please ensure you let me know who you have referred, or get your friend to let me know that you referred them so I can email a voucher to you for your discount. To redeem your voucher simply enter the single use voucher code at checkout when you book your next service. Easy!
 
  • A voucher will also be emailed out to all those who take the time to leave a Google review as well.
     

  • The referred friend must attend a booking in order for the referrer to qualify for the 15% discount.
     

  • A maximum of 15% discount can be applied per service. If you refer a friend as well as leave a review then you will have 15% discount available to use for one service and another 15% discount to use on a separate service at a different time.
     

  • Client perks are non-transferable to anyone else.
     

  • Vouchers are only redeemable on full priced services and not in conjunction with any other offers. 

POLICIES

  • Lateness: A late fee of $20 will be charged if 15 minutes has passed beyond your appointment start time. Thereafter, $20 will be charged per 10 minutes or part-thereof for further lateness. Please be courteous and text, call or email if you are running late for your appointment. 
     

  • No-shows: Any now-shows to appointments will be charged 100% of the booked appointment fee. In the case of a patch test, this can only be booked in when you confirm an appointment for the full service (i.e. spray tan/lash or brow tint etc.) The patch test is considered as a part of the fee of your pending appointment. No-shows for patch tests will loose 100% of the pending appointment's fee and the appointment will be cancelled, resulting in you needing to rebook your service.
     

  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full appointment fee.
     

  • Earlybird Fee: If bookings are required to start prior to 7am an Earlybird Fee of $30 will apply for each half hour before 7am. E.g. a 6:30am start = $30 fee, or a 6am start = $60 fee, and so on. 
     

  • Public Holidays: A 25% surcharge applies for public holidays and will be added manually to your balance owing.
     

  • In the Event of Illness: If I am unwell on your booked date, I will notify you at the earliest moment possible, at which time you can make the call as to whether you would like to cancel the booking with a full refund for the pending services, or whether you are happy for me to still attend and fulfill your makeup requirements. Please note that where the government stipulates certain guidelines/rules (such as in the case of Covid-19) these will come into play above the wishes of either party (you or I).
     

  • Breaks: For larger groups I may request to break at some point, between people, to eat something (supplied by myself). Some bookings can take quite a few hours to complete and it is important to keep myself fueled in order to do my best work and prevent fading from lack of food.
